This motel was interesting place for exploring San Francisco, appreciated it. Best property experience.

The location is excelent in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. The 24 hour Walgreens acrosss the street is good for snacks. This is a budget motel that delivers good value for money. Parking is limited and tight. Rooms are clean and sometimes someting may not work. You will need a code from the front desk to use the wifi, get it when you check in as at night the front desk may not be manned.

I was upgraded to a very large, comfortable king suite with brand new carpeting. The manager and his family were wonderfully accomodating, exceedinly kind, and very helpful folks. A big part of deciding to make my reservation was knowing I had free off-street parking each night. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, offering all kinds of shops and restaurants, and all this within comfortable walking distances from the motel.

Coming from a home on a very quiet street in Southern California, I was not expecting to hear street sounds. After the first night I got used to it and it didn't bother me one bit.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. If you are willing to sacrifice looks, then it is a steal.

It is loud at night as it is right on Lombard St. Stay active during the day so you can sleep at night and you won't have a problem. Or bring ear plugs. The noise is an easy trade for the location and price though.

My room was in back area, away from traffic noise. Nice garden view. Bus Stop in front of Inn to all points of city. GG Bridge less than 5 minutes away

we payed 125 dollars per night, the positive thing about the room was that it was cleaned everyday, but it was cold and loud in the night, the stairwell smelled like someone made his business there..... our room was in the outbuilding, so maybe the rooms in the mainbuilding are better, but i would doubt. All in all i can`t recommend this hotel, even not for that price, better paying a little more and getting a better acomodation!

Words cant describe how ugly and poor this place is! Avoid this place!!!! Dont even think about making reservation I this shit hole!

The size of the room was great- big lounge and dining area. Microwave was handy and the closet for all the suitcases was very good. Location was convenient to Marina and very nice restaurants with walking distance. Bus at next corner very handy. Not an attractive building from the outside though but nice inside.

Outside of building appeared run down and unattractive. No Wi-Fi

Location is not very far from major attractions, clean rooms, good price.

I have stayed at numerous hotels/motels in my life time, but have never stayed at a motel that did not have a ice machine. No one else has ever heard of a facility like yours that did not have a ice machine. The parking was a joke. It staggers the imagination that you have so many guest, and the parking is limited. I make many referrals to people asking where to stay in the City, but I assure you, your facility will not be recommended.

Location! Close to public transportation

The only thing good about place was location. Public transportation was outside of hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. A Motel 6 is nicer than this place. It is rundown, carpets, walls and funiture is dingy. The rooms are large, we had 2 queen beds. Blankets are not large enough for beds. Sofa and chairs in room were dingy, covered in stains and I felt dirty sitting on them. We felt like we needed to be disinfected after sitting on dingy furniture. Walls looked like someone had wiped their fingers on them and it was never cleaned. These stains were all over the room. Outlets had missing faceplates and had to be jiggled to work. Windows had no screens on them si if left open the flies made themselves at home. Bathroom was outdated snd window was stuck so was about 3 in open the entire stay. No screen so we were afraid something would crawl in. For price it is definitely not worth it. Never will we stay here again. Total dump!!!

The room we had was large and comfortable and the location made public transportation easy. The trip back to San Francisco was for one night and we booked again. See comments below.

Although the room was comfortable, the refrigerator did not work, the Internet service was unavailable and one light was out. The first room was much nicer.

Nothing.

The service was awful, it has very limited parking. Anytime you asl a question he would point at a sign. No eleavator we had to walk up three flights of stairs with a 2yr old. My family was ate up by bed bugs, and the mangement does not care. The windows have no screens and its hot with no air conditioning, so its very unsafe to open them with a two yr old who can fall out. We asked for our money back first day and he refused. Will never book thru here again.
